In addition, because most of our hickory-smoked offerings are delivered as whole roasts, you have a wide variety of serving options. On the serving line or buffet, your carvers can cut and serve our beautifully finished tenderloins and shoulders to patrons for an elegant, personal touch. Our fine pork shoulders can also be sliced, chopped, cubed, minced, or shredded for a classic "pig pickin" presentation or for traditional barbecue sandwiches. Our smoked sirloin strips look very impressive pilled high on a serving tray or simmering in a chaffing dish. But, of course, it's Gardner's tenderloins and pork loin roasts that will really steal the show.
